Program Description

Night Audit sends informational SMS messages with hospitality intelligence briefing alerts, beta access notices, and account-related service messages. Messages are sent only to subscribers who separately opt in through the Night Audit website, preferences page, or by texting START to the Night Audit number.

The current SMS campaign is informational only. This workflow does not collect marketing or promotional SMS consent, and promotional messages will not be sent under this campaign.

Opt-In and Opt-Out

Website opt-in uses a standalone checkbox that is unchecked by default and is not required to request access, create an account, complete a purchase, or use the service. The checkbox specifically authorizes recurring informational Night Audit SMS brief alerts and account-related text messages from The Night Audit. To stop receiving messages, reply STOP at any time. Reply HELP for assistance.

No mobile information or messaging consent is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This includes your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in data, and SMS consent status.

Frequency and Rates

Message frequency varies, up to 5 messages per week. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan. Night Audit does not charge for SMS delivery.
